The farmers field currently drains onto the footpath which causes several problems. In the winter the path is covered in a layer of topsoil which has run off from the field. I imagine this will also block the highway drain eventually. The continual run off also freezes making the footpath, cycle path and road extremely dangerous. Please clear the path and encourage the farmer to sort out his drainage issues.
