There are a number of vehicles that park on the cycleway/footway on the Southern By-Pass Road. To egress the cycleway/footway, they cross the verge and not only have seriously damaged the highway verge but also take mud onto a high speed road, which can only increase the danger to users of the Southern By-Pass Road. It is likely that the vehicle owners are resident in the narro boats along the river, off the towpath nearby.
