Metal corner of manhole cover in pavement is exposed. This has already led to a puncture as car reverses over it onto driveway. This has been present for over 2years and is getting worse.

A section of pavement is closed off with the consequent loss of approximately three parking spaces on a road where parking is very difficult at the best of times yet no work appears to be done - and the section of road closed off is not commensurate with the reported incident.It has been closed for several days.

The closed off section of pavement referred to above is unrelated to the issue highlighted here with the metal corner of the manhole cover being exposed and is further up the street on the opposite side of the road
