Accident Blackspot Due to Signage

I had an accident here yesterday morning at 06:30 (22/01/25). It was very dark (no moon or street lighting) and misty. A car was approaching towards me on London Road as I travelled on London Street at approximately 50mph. As I have not driven this route before I was unaware of the sharp bend. The chevrons had been removed by a previous accident (a week ago according to a passer by) and the road markings are virtually invisible. I therefore had no visibility due to oncoming headlights, and no road markings to indicate a deviation. There is literally a graveyard of broken plastic and witness marks on the trees where other motorists have fallen victim to this poorly signed blackspot!
