It’s a wide pavement split in half the outside half is for cyclists and the inside half is for pedestrians. The pedestrian half of the pavement cannot be used for pedestrians as it’s covered with leaves, dirt and debris and pedestrians have to walk in the cycle lane, totally unacceptable.
