Unrepaired bridge since summer 2024
Adroddwyd drwy mobile yn y categori Other yn ddienw am 18:24, Dydd Llun 20 Ionawr 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Anfon at Cherwell District Council a Oxfordshire County Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 7007952.
The now very dangerous hole created by the broken/rotten wooden slats of the bridge crossing the stream has remained unrepairable since the summer of last year. Safety barriers have been erected which would indicate work is progressing, yet nothing has been started mor completed. Thus is a frequently used bridge used by pedestrians and cyclists alike. Please provide an update on the fix.

The bridge in question is located at the town end of Friars Walk. The above photos taken 23.01.25 show the extent of the problem. The safety barriers in place narrow the bridge walkway making it only passable in single file. Please provide an urgent update.

It's now been a full week since the photos of the unrepaired bridge and the request gor the much needed fix was submitted, has there been any movement? An update and better still a definite fix/repair would be much appreciated
