The hedges are currently protruding into the path at shoulder/head level which makes the path inaccessible and requires people to either duck along their length, or walk on the grass verge, which (due to the weather) is currently wet and slippery. It’s understandable that they may not be able to/wish to cut the full hedge height, but maintenance of be lower portion would be much appreciated
