Multiple potholes

The road surface going right round the bend is worn and uneven, with multiple holes. There are at least two potholes that are large enough to puncture a tyre, and the holes are increasing in size/depth. Being on a bend that you cannot see around due to the hedges, it is almost impossible to avoid the worn area and potholes because you simply cannot see if it is safe to pull out into the middle of the road.
