I reported this obstruction some months ago and today I received an email to say the problem had been fixed. NO WORK HAS TAKEN PLACE. THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. Pedestrians, wheel chair users and parents with young children are having to step into the road to get around this obstruction.
