Trees and hedge line between Normansfield and The Close

Between The Close road and the properties of Normansfield is an unmanaged hedge and trees line. The tree are now hitting the power line and ivy has grown all over the power line pole. This hedge has been managed by residents of Normansfield where it has over grown into their gardens. This is now causing an issue with the residents of The Close. A report written by Uttlesford Council stated that the hedge should be managed by the council, but this has not happened.
