Road surface dangerous / missing road markings.

I've been reporting this section of road for three years now, still nothing has happened.
Cyclists and motorcyclists are in serious danger trying to negotiate this section of road as the surface is little more now than a collection of pothole repairs.
All road markings are gone, this includes the large 'keep clear' at the and the 'give way' markings.

Oh this 'road surface' continues like this under the bridge until culver lane starts.
I suspect the lack of resurfacing is due to neighbouring councils not agreeing on who is responsible for the cost of the repairs.

Received a note from the council about this problem:
"Please also note that there is not a dispute to who owns this section, resurfacing failed at this location as the carriageway could not hold the weight of the resurfacing machinery.
Rest assured we that we will continue to monitor this area and will intervene when necessary"
So they cant resurface the road because the road cant take the weight of the resurfacing equipment?! WHAT?! How was it resurfaced in the past?! The road has been like this for years!!!!

I think I have found the real reason they wont resurface the road, they planning a new scheme.
