NRS strategy for leaf clearing is a fail. As is supervision of same (there clearly is none). The leaves that were ignored in the photo remain to this day, now turning to mulch (cue choked stanks).

Top Mgt tips: 1) Stick up notices of pending work on local lamp posts ie to move cars and /or one leaflet through each close door 2) suck the leaves up between and under vehicles, don't blow them about. 3) Don't spend forever clearing leaves from outside main door houses in a street then ignore the tenements in that same street despite potentially 6 times as many parked cars to navigate ie harder work, so just don't bother...
