While mature trees in nearby Vic Pk had their suckers removed (in areas no-one usually walks), the ones in the former Vic Pk southern boundary? Ignored.
Apart from diverting nutrients away from where most needed, they trap litter, look unsightly, and where they overhang the pavement, obstruct pedestrians.
NOTE: The arborists cut back pavement overgrowth at the western end last year but packed up and left the east. Good mgt.
