Totally blocked drain outside 11 Woolcot St

I originally reported this problem on 27th October 2024. The drain is full to the top with debris, so that when it rains there is ineffective drainage. I understand the problem was previously reported in Feb/March 24, but no action was taken. Contractors put a letter through my door saying they needed access, would return the next day and left 2 cones. Unfortunately someone moved the cones and parked over the drain so there was no access. However, the case was closed on 9th December 2024 and the drain has still not been fixed. I still have the cones, so could you please give enough notice to get cars moved and to put the cones in place, so that the work can be done?
