Water coming out of grid/road and flowing down road and across the road. This is a road which is gritted as a steep bank and the water washing all the grit away. With the cold weather this makes the road extremely dangerous and runs a high risk of a accident and risk to damaging the adjoining fencing to the road. Its not a new problem just chosen to keep ignoring but seems to have got considerably worse with water now pouring down the road.
