This London Plane tree is overgrown and has been pollarded in the past and needs re pollarding / pruning, residents like having tree lined avenues and do not wish to see it removed and want it retained

Previously a resident said this plane tree had shifted in recent winds but upon further inspection this has been exaggerated and may be a attempt to have the tree removed for no reason often disgruntled residents will attempt tactics to have healthy trees removed thus impacting the amenity of the area and pollution. to make it safer and appease both sides repollarding or crown reduction would be a more favourable outcome.
