Car parked on pavement

There is quite often a car parked on the bend on the pavement which is blocking anyone with a pram or mobility scooter from using the footpath. They have to walk in the road which is very dangerous and cars coming from a northerly direction are on the wrong side of the road when overtaking it and you can’t see what is coming from the southerly direction as the bushes on the opposite side of the road obscure you line of sight.
