Multiple abandoned traffic cones on grass / pavement

Still there despite repeated reporting over the last few months. These are NOT in use. They have been dumped as is standard practice these days (clearly cheaper to order more as a tax-deductible cost rather than collect at the end of a job).

Why has these proven so difficult for NRS to remove? There are umpteen council lowloaders pass up and down Dumbarton Rd every single day. They somehow find it impossible to stop. (And as they head back to the Finnie depot there is PLENTY room for this in their 1/3 full or empty vehicles.)
