Illuminated bollards in a poor state of repair and not lit

There are two illuminated bollards on a small island at the exit from the A4 Portway and Roman Way. The numbers on the bollards are T8 & T9. Neither are illuminated and one is covered in dirt and hard to see in poor light conditions. They both look in a poor state of repair and in need of replacement.
