Large pot hole returned

Two cars there this morning both with puncture due to very large pot hole - the road is fast and hard to see with abandoned cars it is a very dangerous.
This pot hole keeps re appearing it gets fixed but it does not last more than a week or so before it starts to go again.
It almost needs traffic lights and digging up and properly fixing and enough time to settle before it gets driven over. This is not helped by the shear amount of water than runs off the hill and sits at the bottom causing more road damage.

I hit this pothole at approximately 6pm on Friday 13th December. It completely wrote off both passenger-side tyres and damaged the front wheel. I am awaiting update from garage whether there is more damage to the car.

Potholes on both side of the road, road is falling apart unable to avoid unless driving in centre of the road. High chance of accident as cars swerve to avoid. Highly dangerous
