Tree has fallen. And obstructs the pavement

Tree fell. I cut the excess lying in the road. Now the pavement is obstructed and the fence it landed on destroyed.

The part of the tree in the photograph is dangerous to pedestrians and traffic both on the road and the pavement. The whole portion of this street at Dingle Road needs a proper sorting out as it has been neglected for years. As the woodland is BCC property you are leaving your liability open to litigation by anyone injured.
