Access to centre lane not clear

When these road markings were repainted there was no clear lane that provided access to the centre (straight) lane… unfortunately after reporting it the ‘repair’ was made by painting out some road markings making it obvious that lane 1 was the only lane with access to the centre lane.

The paint has now worn away and there are now the original white lines that do not inform traffic whether access to the centre lane is from lane 1 or lane 3…

At the very least, the black paint needs to be reapplied - better still would be to remove the white paint properly so that this issues doesn’t reappear every few months!!

This roundabout approach is very narrow for three lanes anyway… and it is one of the busiest roundabouts in this side of the city… I think it’s time for a traffic survey to ensure that this is the best way of managing the roundabout here!!
