Rainwater is pooling in front of my house due to uneven pavement. This issue becomes hazardous when the temperature drops and the water freezes, creating slippery surfaces that make it dangerous to enter or leave the property. I have a 5-year-old child who could easily slip and injure herself on the ice. I am requesting the council to address this problem for the safety of pedestrians and my family.
