The hedge on BOTH sides of the bridge is growing over the pavement and is danger to the eyes of pedestrians. This has happened before . It looks like the hedge should be cut back more frequently than it is being.

  • I said "on both sides of the bridge". This means on the same side of the bridge , before the bridge and after the bridge as you walk up the pavement over the bridge.
