  • Thank for you for your report, Oxfordshire County Council are receiving large volumes of enquiries at present. . The picture is not clear where the hole is, there is no description to go off. If it is near the shops that would be private, so we need more information on location too, picture that shows surrounding area too.. PLEASE NOTE – Only take photographs where safe in doing so, please do not obstruct live traffic flows, step into a live carriageway, or put yourself at any risk in taking a photo.   • Thank you for your report. After inspecting the area, we’ve determined that the damaged apparatus is owned by a utility company. we’ve initiated a Section 81 notice to inform the responsible utility company Thames Water, urging them to address the issue promptly.
