The state of the road, verges and footpaths are continually deteriorating rapidly due to inconsiderate building contractors at Wardington Manor. Please can you get in contact with the owners and ask them to carry out their building work (which is under building control supervision) more considerately.

Then consider billing the owners for the repairs you will need to do to the roadsurface
