Large amount of debris on crossing

There's a large amount of debris here, maybe from a car crash. It's covering a lot of the pedestrian crossing area, and as this is part of a shared space where you can cycle, it's a real puncture risk. The consequence of this is that I'll have to start taking an on road route for my cycle commute as in the current cold weather stopping to fix a puncture is very difficult with cold hands.
