Overhanging branch jutting out from hedge and causing obstruction - B3130 Winford Road

This branch is jutting out from the hedge and is wing mirror height. The branch isn't visible until quite close to the branch, which means you're generally too fast to avoid it as it's a 40mph road. Many vehicles have broken wing mirrors from this, and it's a danger to motorcyclists/cyclists because of the poor visibility and height of the branch. Please could this be cut back/removed? It's also causing difficulty for cars which hit it as the debris which flies back can affect vehicles and drivers behind.
