Both drains outside totally blocked, causing flooding into houses. Luckily homeowners were able to sweep water away and clear drains. Totally unacceptable that our houses were at risk because the drains were blocked. All drains in local area seem to be blocked, including local ones with grass growing in them! What is the point in paying council tax if you aren't going to sort the drainage, the two drains are not adequate.
