Gully blocked and water not draining away

Anfon at Oxfordshire County Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 6779482.

The road gully seems to be blocked and the water is not draining away. I have reported this problem previously and NO ACTION was taken. Previously the water drained away after a few hours but that ahs not been the case overnight and the road and footpath are still underwater and the water is also flooded my garage.
