Flooded road on Sunday 24th, cleared most drains in street but the one outside nos 46/48 still remains blocked further down than we can reach. Needs clearing and debris that we removed from drain needs clearing from verge,

With huge effort of neighbours we managed to locally drain the flood. At least 2 houses on the street got garages flooded and water was at the doorstep. There was a major flood a moth ago, the reports of blockage were submitted but nothing was done to fix the problem. Someone needs to come and collect the debris/dirt which was collected from drain. There is a major blockage somewhere in the main line. Water was pumping from other gullies up the street. All gullies on the street must be checked and cleaned to prevent future floods.

As above, we had to manually unblock a drain that was full of debris, once this was done the risk to property subsided. These drains have been reported previously with no action. Either these need to be regularly cleaned or another drain needs fitting. The speedbump causes the water to sit and build and then come into houses.
