Light out (AGAIN)

Hello, it's me again. The streetlights are out again, and the entire street is very dark. There are only three lights for the whole street (one at the beginning and two at the end) which is already insufficient. Now, the only one at the beginning is not working again.

I've noticed several reports about this issue, but nothing seems to be happening. I understand you might say this is not within your jurisdiction, but perhaps it's time to consider hiring a different company that can handle these issues more effectively than the current one as they are pretty useless, I've complained about this issue more than 5 times in a year...
