A skip and [portable loo], surrounded by big barriers, completely blocks the pavement and visibility when stepping into traffic

For at least 3 months the road has had a large skip and [portable loo] blocking it. This means that when you are trying to cross the road you cannot see whether a car is coming. The junction with goldsmiths lane has limited visibility, and this means that you cannot cross in any way safely. The concrete blocks that hold the barriers stick out. I know of at least 1 elderly resident who has fallen because of this, requiring an ambulance.
