Extremely smelly blocked drain

The drain outside 113 and 111 ravenhill road has been smelly for years. It produces a foul smell when you walk past it all year round and more recent years it has started to smell in our house from our sink and toilet. The smell it’s becoming unbearable to live with so it must be blocked. I’m kindly asking that it is cleaned and unblocked.
