Oct 1st from what we understand is virgin dug a hole in our drive whilst laying cables in the pavement and placed their terminal there without our permission. We rang open reach who said it was virgin. We have made numerous calls and used a messaging service to get this removed from our drive into the pavement but no luck so far . Please can you help .
