Today the road outside Lidl’s on Colchester Avenue Cardiff was full with 18 cars jammed in, for sale. Including one mounted on the pavement. How is this allowed to happen? Why isn’t the trader traced and fined?

  • This still hasn’t been resolved. Agree that this needs to be sorted as it seems crazy that the public highway and footpath can be used by a private business in this way! Often the cars are parked on the double lines next to the fire station. The car on the footpath is also blocking the litter bin from being emptied by council staff.
