Large pothole by manhole cover. Is there no duty of care for the council contractor that fixed same defect around another manhole to report manholes they see ?? They should have seen it and probably driven past it or over it last week??? It when came to fix the other pothole around a drain cover. This pothole has been getting bigger and has been around for many months
