1m pothole with flooding circa 10cm deep

This has been here for many months. Fixed maybe a year ago but filling eroded very quickly. Bad enough to damage a car or van and dangerous to bikes. Problem extends all across the road though it’s deepest in the area shown in the second picture. This road is also suffering from erosion of the edges as where cars pass the soil has worn away with all the rain.
