Continually parking on double yellow lines

Cars are continually ignoring double yellow lines opposite the Co-Op which blocks the vision of cars, people, elderly people from the residential home and children trying to cross. The pedestrian crossing further up the street was put in the totally the wrong place. Nobody uses it. With the further further development of homes the situation is going to get worse as there will be more traffic and for cars exiting Gippingstone Road as the view is blocked! This has been getting worse over the last 5 years something really needs to be done!
