Water nor flowing due to debris in tunnel

Debris has collected in the tunnel under The Street. This has meant that there is a build up of water in the stream. This water usually flows through but the levels are higher than normal and are not flowing. My guess is that any further rain will mean that the water weill overflow onto The Street.
