HGV weight limits, safe crossings and speed reductions

Anfon at Gloucestershire County Council 1 munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 6711942.
Please can we have 20mph speed limits here and weight limit signs in place because the homes here have cellars and the roadways are on Victorian foundations that aren't equipped to handle HGVs or speeding cars. Motorists emerging from the Tewkesbury Road intersection tend to speed down here - there are no safe crossings and young families and people with impaired mobility live here and its a persistent speed run.
Thank you
