For some unexplained reason the road was not resurfaced when the adjoining roads were (in 2022). Recently a few of the potholes were patched with tarmac, but the main road surface was left in its poor state (pot-holed with loose surface stones). I have had my car damaged twice due to the loose stones (dislodged on to adjoining lawns) either breaking my car window or more recently causing my cars brakes to have to be repaired (loose stones had embedded within the brake disk assembly). I have been given no explanation as to why this road wasn't resurfaced when I had contacted your highways department to check when the resurfacing would take place (in 2022) and to confirm this road would be done (so we would know when to move our cars), and I was told it would be included.
