Impassable footpath from Wensley Road to Old Coley Line

Please clear this footpath (again)
In 2022, the council did clear the path which was, at that time, unusable throughout and added it to the schedule for annual maintenance. Now the west end is again impassable. I have noticed this a few times over the last 2-3 months but assumed that they were waiting for the growing season to be over.
However, today’s photos show it to have been completely neglected.
