Traffic lights southbound dont change for cyclists!

When you are cycling south along Cricklade Street, crossing over Querns/ Lewis Lane to get onto Watermoor Road the traffic lights do not change for cyclists after dark. The sensor does not pick you up. This is extremely hazardous and forces cyclists to cross this road after dark against the red light. issue has been present for many months but more of an issue during winter.
