Loud clacking noise generated by every passing vehicle on that carriageway. Surrounding road surface failing

In front of 7 London Road, Tetbury. On the carriageway heading towards the High Street.
The noise has been bad for months but is getting worse and the failing of the road surface is also slowly worsening.
This was raised before but closed with no action.

•Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
•Exposed cables

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
