Safety issue: fencing taken down by council and not reinstated.

For several months the fencing at this location has been down. It was taken down when council workers removed some dangerous trees early in the summer. After the work the workers did not reinstate the fencing. This means that the public footpath does not have a fence to protect from the steep downwards slope. A few months ago some workers put in place a flimsy wooden set of temporary slats, which of course fell down in a matter of days. Please can the proper fence be reinstated? It's all still lying there as you can see in the pictures. It's clearly a safety hazard.
