There's bushes at on Swiftsden way (Avondale end) full of litter. You have this area with bushes, bamboo, bench and some trees. All people do is dump rubbish here. It is poorly maintained. The little fence is rotted and broken. If you cannot or will not maintain it then remove it and then people won't chuck all their crap in there, otherwise I will be back and end up going to the ombudsman if you do not find a solution to a problem I have already been reporting for years. Thanks.
