My mother is registered disabled and needs access to be picked up from her house. This old Saab has been dumped outside of her house since early 2024. It is totally abandoned and has no MOT. Oil is leaking onto the road causing damage to the surface. When I collect my mother for hospital etc it is an obstruction. It is also deteriorating rapidly and an eyesore.
