Parking blocking visibility

Cars parking along brook street, next to the entrance to chestnut place, are blocking visibility for cars trying to exit chestnut place. They also cause a buildup of traffic waiting to move towards vouching street, which often completely blocks the entrance to chestnut place. We also have an additional problem with cars parking inside chestnut place, on the west side adjacent to the Soha housing. The area close to the speed bump (public road) is marked with yellow lines, but cars regularly park here, making the access to chestnut place/ davenport place housing extremely narrow.
