Parking and Driving Waveney / Tweed Block

Could the council consider a one way system from Coldstream close all the way down Tweed Grove round to Waveney Rd, then down Waveney back to Tweed Grove? We have to go round anyway because the road is too narrow to turn in. There are no passing places on the stretch of Waveney Rd and very limited the rest of the way round Tweed Grove so cars have to mount the pavement to pass. In addition because cars are permitted to park both sides, they do and blocking the road has become more frequent or almost blocking the road. What's more is that the corner of Waveney Rd is blind so you cannot see either way if something is coming unless it's dark and you look at the reflection of the parked cars. There is only somewhere to pass there as a few people on that corner have driveways.
